The Spirit

The Spirit is an independent media organization specializing in the local matters of Philly's up and coming neighborhoods: Fishtown, NoLibs, Port Richmond, Bridesburg and Kensington. When we first met them, they were tiny newspaper. With our help, they've grown into a robust media juggernaut. We were asked to design a corporate identity that uniquely stands out amongst other Philadelphia media outlets. Something that is true to it's roots of newspaper journalism but with a modern varnish.
